Rent

To pay your rent conveniently here on-line, please enter the rental amount you owe in the box below. When you click "Pay Rent", you will be taken to PayPal, where you can complete your transaction. Please note that a $15.00 handling fee is automatically added to all on-line rent payments.

If you are late in making your payment, you will need to calculate the 5% late fee and include it in your payment amount. If you are not sure of the amount due please call the office at 919-467-6276.

Application Fee

The application fee is $45.00. To pay your application fee here on-line, click the "Pay Application Fee" button below, after which you will be taken to PayPal to complete your transaction.

Administrative Fee

If your application for an apartment at Spanish Trace or Chatham Forest has been approved, you are asked to pay a $200.00 administrative fee to secure your requested unit. To pay your administrative fee on-line, click the "Pay Administrative Fee" button below, after which you will be taken to PayPal to complete your transaction. Please note that a $6.00 handling fee is automatically added to on-line administrative fee payments.
