Rental Application

Thank you for your interest in our communities. If you would like to submit a rental applicaion to us, please use one of the following options:

• to submit a rental application through this website, use our Online Rental Application that you can fill out right here and submit directly to us
• or we also have a Printable PDF Rental Application that you can print, fill out at your leisure, and either fax or mail to us.

For either version, please review each section, complete all information fully, sign and date the application, and submit it to us by mail, fax, in person, or through the direct link at the bottom of the web application form.

In addition to a completed application, we will need a copy of your driver's license or picture ID. This can be emailed or faxed to us. Or, if you prefer, you may bring the application and your ID to the property you are applying to during regular office hours.

Please note that you must submit a $45.00 application fee before your application can be considered. You can pay this online using our Pay Bill link at left (secured through PayPal) or mail a check or money order to either our Cary or Raleigh property addresses shown to the right.

Once your application is approved, you will need to submit a $200.00 administration fee to hold the apartment. This can also be paid through our Pay Bill page, or directly to us as noted above. Upon your move-in, your administration fee will be applied to your move-in balance.
